The award has been designed by Integrated Leadership for Management & Development Company in Jordan, in 2011 to provide the participants, aged 14 to 23, with the skills needed to make them successful entrepreneurs in the business world. In order to achieve this, these participants will have to move through stages that offer them training and practical experience. IKB Entrepreneurship Award aims to encourage entrepreneurship and promote entrepreneurial skills in order to support the economy with entrepreneurial ventures. It also aims to prepare the Jordanian community to participate more effectively in the “business industry” through engaging young students. General Goals: 1. To support the Jordanian youth to achieve their ambitions through turning their ideas into successful pilot projects 2. To provide full support to the youth and to ensure business growth and its continuity through finding the 25 ideas from those proposed which can reflect positively on the society in general and on the Jordanian economy in particular. 3. To enable the winner to create sustainable projects that benefit the community, provide local services and new business opportunities, and contribute to the improvement of services currently provided to the Jordanian society. These projects will be supported by IKB SupportingIncubation Program which starts at the end of each season. Target Beneficiaries: 1- School Categories (age group 14-18): from both private and public schools. Note: will be held for the same age group in Egypt 2014 , Saudi Arabia & Lebanon in 2015. 2- Supervisors Category (age group 23-28). 3. Universities Participants (age group 20-23): from both private and public universities.
