The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) has been established in 1968 as financially and administratively independent governmental entity, to hold the responsibility of developing human resources of the public sector. The IPA is governed by a new bylaw number 72 of the year 2012. The institute also holds seminars, workshops and conferences that focus on developing the Human Resources, and also conducting the R&D to develop the capacity building of the public sector. Vision: Pioneers in training and developing human resources of the public sector. Mission: Provide Managerial and technical training programs, and specialized consultations that contribute to the development of national and Arab human resources according to the best practices. Main activities of the IPA: 1. Training Path Programs which include New employee program, Basic programs, Empowering programs, Middle management programs, Advanced management programs (preparing administrative leaderships). 2. Customized programs. 3. English language and IT Programs. 4. Technical Professional Certificates Programs.
