In 2016, Lijam co. announced its innovative huge project “Lijam Boulevard hotel “ , in Amman which is expected to be kicked off in May, 2018. Lijam Boulevard hotel is centrally located in Shafa Badran area as well, which includes 38 luxurious rooms in three main categories; single, double, and two royal suites. “Lijam Boulevard hotel” is attached to a huge commercial center around 2,000 square meters which will include a lot of services i.e. banks , grand restaurant , coffee shops ,dentist clinic , GYM ,& SPA .
