Youth Business Jordan (YBJ) is a programme formed through partnership between Jordan Microcredit Company (Tamweelcom) and Youth Business International (YBI) to support youth startup/business owners from both genders between the ages of 18 -35 years old, to start and sustain their startups. Such support is presented through providing them with the sufficient training, funding and mentorship. Youth Business Jordan in addressing unemployed youth, will help young startup/business owners to create jobs for themselves and for their community members, and will ultimately help at reducing unemployment rate as well as poverty. Youth Business Jordan offers the following services: 1. Startup Training Program Our startup training program is designed to help business/startup ideas owners develop these ideas to written and documented business plans ready for pitching. 2. Access to Financial Services Flexible financial services offered to businesses/startups up to 20000 JOD, repaid within acceptable grace periods. 3. Mentorship Program Mentors are the business gurus and experts who help startup owners to minimize risks increase chances of success in managing and sustaining these businesses/startups. 4. Coaching and Counseling Services Coaching and counseling service are offered to help business/startup owners improve their skills and overcome difficulties related to establishing and growing a business/startup.
