Jordan Training and Development (JTD) is an independent, non-profit organisation established and run by experienced and passionate Jordanians driven to make a difference. Our core staff members are assisted by over 30 volunteers (including Syrian refugees living in Azraq camp). Our work began in July 2015, founded on the belief that Jordan’s greatest resource for growth is its people and their talent. We work to support the diverse groups of people that make up Jordan through equipping them with resources, training and empowerment opportunities.
