Vegetable Breeding: Jordan’s geographical location helps to hybridize the most important economic crops, such as onions, to breed the short day and the intermediate day, tomato breeding and cucurbits . OULA SEEDS L.L.C breeding project mainly focuses on breeding for resistance of viral and fungal diseases and breeding for high yielding . OULA SEEDS owns a vegetable breeding station at Mafraq governorate, northeast of Jordan, a hight land between 850 and 900 meters above sea level, and it is isolates in its location from other crops especially for open pollination seeds production. Research and Development: The location of Jordan helps such development,as it has four seasons to distinguish the new hybrid varieties, so OULA SEEDS arranges an annual field day in Summer to cultivate all new varieties for the purposes of research and continuous development. OULA SEEDS always produces and develops new transplanting segments with new varieties of vegetables suitable for Asia, Africa, and parts of Europe.
